Originally from the coffee-producing region of El Salvador, Diego came to Europe to share his passion.
He is a certified Arabica Q-Grader and he creates our recipes.
He likes running, crossfit and hiking.

Trained as a baker, Yves' experience in roasting is extensive (20 years).
He is a big fan of nature and sports, enjoying cycling, hockey and skiing.
His best quality: He is always optimistic and in a good mood
His favourite speciality: Espresso

After gaining experience in a brewery in Quebec, Julien joined Perle de Café as a roaster.
He likes football, cooking and spending time with his friends.
His best quality: He is conscientious
